I have struggled & overcome the vicious entrapment of an eating disorder and severe body dis-morphia . Ironically, I am clinically at my heaviest I have ever been; a size 14. I am fabulous, an academic, sassy, kind, bulging with life . I struggle, yes, with that demon everyday in the mirror, but my new found self & happiness beats those horrid thoughts and monster every day. You’re worth it too. Don’t ever let a scale or mirror allow you to judge yourself. You’re beautiful& amazing. 💗
