lessdoitagain @july2011 Hi, there is no closure on it. A p-p 20, would best fit a M. A 21" would best fit a Large. Actually, the color I have is a little different. It is more navy, Grey & Burgundy. I will send a pic shortly. My apologies, I opened the package & noticed the difference.
