This skirt by Love Shack Fancy is part of their beach collection and is make with a poly stretch similar to swimwear. It is a pull on style with smocked elastic band at the waist, drawstring inside waist and a ruffle tiered bottom. Has an all over bright floral print, fitted at the waist and flared circle bottom.
