Pristine, MINT Condition, Including tags! 2020 Pre-Production by Viacom International. - Created by the one and only Stephen Hillenburg! What many don't know, Hillenburg was the Creater, Originator, and Designer of SpongeBob Squarepants! He almost exclusively worked on collaborative projects for SpongeBob products. However, prior to his passing, he helped create these Rugrats bags for Viacom! Viacom is the Parent Co to Nickelodeon. Upon his passing, Hillenburg still got credit for these two Pre-releases Prior to them being tweeked and released to the public! These Pre-releases Only have the Loungefly Trademark tags on the inside and Loungefly tag on the outside. Viacom/Loungefly used the small white heart logo hang tags for all the prototypes/pre-releases. The last two photos are of the Backs of each of the Loungefly trademark black tags on the Inside of each item. The bottom is clear who created them for Viacom, Stephen Hillenburg!
