dlindsey579 @lilyjoe4ever Hello. Can you tell me when the item was purchased new and the original purchase price (not the precise price when new, but within a several hundred dollar range). The only apparent possible damage appears to be a lot of scratches on the gold lock plate. However, I cannot tell if those are scratches/damage or simply where the lock was wiped with a damp cloth and it dried that way. Can you look at that for me and report back? Is there any other damage to the bag?
