Very well taken care of ! This has been my baby, the bottom is perfect , maybe 2 minor marks at the bottom and pocket completely clean and soft. Comes with a strap, also in great shape. Or thier are handles you can use if you want to take the strap off. It's the perfect size to fit anything really you need from a notebook to extra clothes to planners and makeup! I love this bag, it just time to move on
