Louis Vuitton Tassil Yellow Epi Leather Jasmin Bag. "Tassil Yellow" is a LV specific color for their textured Epi Leather. It is a vibrant, yellowish-gold color. It can be carried all year long. Made in France in February 1999. The production code, TH0929, is sewn into the inside slip pocket. Please see photo. Retailed for $1,280.00 smooth, double rolled handles with a 4" drop. The exterior is in excellent condition-please see photos. The bottom of the bag is smooth leather. Epi leather was created in 1985 by Louis Vuitton to respond to the demand for more durable leather. Epi leather has a grainy texture that provides a structured and durable finish. The interior is lined with purple Alcantara fabric and is in excellent condition. Alcantara is a fabric that is elegant and soft to the touch. It is durable and easy to care for. The material is made from the same material as suede, but more durable and with an added polyurethane coating that makes it waterproof. It is also stain-resistant. The purple color is stunning!
