ONLY 3 LEFT Rare Louis Vuitton Antique Steamer Key with great historical significance. Mrs. Ellen Wolcott Blair was a lifelong friend of Wallis Simpson (Duchess of Windsor) part of the jet set 1920s and her jewelry recently sold for millions. I acquired a few of these keys, each is unique. Key in first pic is sold, but I still have keys 1,2 and 3 left. 4/10/21 Out of SS chains but this would look great on black cord or add to existing chain. Key only!

@pandoras77 I agree, they really were fascinating. They were world travelers, and even visited India and Tibet in the 1930s so who knows where these keys have been! Her husband Wolcott Blair was friends with the Duke of Windsor, and since Ellen went to school with Wallis Simpson, they were all lifelong friends and frequently hosted them at their homes in the US. A key to history in addition to being a really cute necklace!

@riotanderson They are steamer trunk keys... Antique Louis Vuitton Steamer trunks are very large and some were used in households for storing things as well as for big journeys on ships at cetera so they're much larger than suitcases. Antique ones that would fit these keys run from $10 to $60,000 and are highly collectible. These keys would have been to numerous trunks as the Wolcotts had several homes and would travel between them, leaving valuables locked up.
