@kallyk25 Hi! I have a medium foot and these fit well but if you have narrow feet, it could also be a good fit because of the style. The elastic around the shoe is snug so it would be fine for a narrow foot. I would not recommend for a wide foot. As for all day, I think so. It has nice soft padding inside. If you need arch support, this would not be a good shoe to wear all day. Hope this helps answer your question.
