No smells, a small mark on the bottom and wear on the drawstrings and edges of the top of the purse. Please look at pics closely as she looks almost new but…. Really really nice bag that has been exceptionally well kept. EPI leather is my favorite and I prefer it over the coated canvas. Enjoy.
