jeremyloo @jamieharris134 the strap is used and has rubbing flaws. The purse has a thread sticking up and one corner is worn. I included pictures of the flaws.

jamieharris134 @jeremyloo do you happen to have the original strap? I’d love to complete my order but they said the strap isn’t authentic and can’t ship it with the purse and I’m struggling to find a replacement one that’s not $600 and I’m not even sure it’s the right style.. thank you

jeremyloo @jamieharris134 the strap is authentic and it is the original strap that I bought with the bag. I don’t have another strap and I didn’t change anything. I am so sorry this is happening. Maybe because the strap is worn.

jamieharris134 @jeremyloo so far they’re still saying they can’t ship it to me because it couldn’t be authenticated.. 🙄 I asked if they would be sending it back to you so you could send it to me but I’m waiting to hear. So frustrating!!! I’m not sure why they won’t just send it to me if they’ve warned me and I’m choosing to accept it as is?? Ugh!! 😩
