The answer to your question is…. “no it’s not”. This bag has been used before. The outside is in perfect condition. The inside has stains on the bottom of the bag as seen in the photos. Should easily be able to come out with soap and water I just haven’t tried cleaning it yet. The interior is red with gold hardware💖
