Hi, I don’t know if you’re aware of this but if you wanted to you could take that bag to Louis Vuitton and they would give you store credit for it. I recently bought a limited edition bag with the IKat lining and they replaced the handles for and re-glazed the cinches in June before I bought it. They do offer a store credit though if they can’t replace the defects. It was a known defect on all of the Ikat bags from 2013 😢.
