kinghorse7474 If the bag was bought through posh mart or any other company you can’t replace parts or send it to LV to have it fixed. That’s not allowed unless you purchased it through them. That’s the bad part of buying through poshmark or other company’s that sell these bags. I’ve asked and they said NO you can’t bring a bag purchased by another company to be fixed at LV.
