shelleymedley70 @bama96 hi! I can take another picture when I get home. I love this bag a lot. There are no issues with using this bag and it’s shoulder strap. It’s a Crossbody bag so if I remember correctly it appears that way as the straps are connected to the bag at opposite ends or diagonally if that makes sense
