I say normal wear and tear for a vintage piece, no broken seams, cracked material, pulls still attached to zipper and zipper works, snap catches and closes well, inside bottom corners and fold do have some pen marks, no holes, tears, looses stitching,
It’s in great condition for being as old as it is, and still has lots of life left to be someone’s new additions to their collection or even their first piece.
