These are brand new leather mini handles and chaps. They are from a leather company not LV. They can be dyed if you choose. If you want to send it to LV - this is what they said : To repair the 2 handles it’s $390USD, however we can repair the handle + handle chapes $770USD so it can all match. If you want to send it to a cobbler you can do that as well I don’t have one close enough to me so I have no idea what they would charge. But it’s probably cheaper than LV. The price is FIRM!
