Preloved. There is wear and cracking in the handles. Original zipper that still works great. The inside lining has tears from use and love. Inside zipper pocket works as well. It has been professionally cleaned. It could be brought to a cobbler to repair inside lining, and even repair leather handle if you choose. There is still so much life in this bag and still has so much value. I used this bag as is, but added a bag insert to cover the torn lining. I also wrapped a cute scarf around the leather handle to cover the cracks and protect the leather from further damage.
