This is a Vintage monogram Louis Vuitton Rivoli Briefcase 💼 with Vachetta Leather Trim. Approximately 16¼"Lx12.5"Hx4.5"W Goldtone Hardware Double Zipper & Buckle Closure Exterior has 2 open compartments, it has a double Zipper Middle compartment that has 3 open pockets & a zip pocket. The interior does have staining on the bottom in the middlecompartment. It has a small area around the zip pocket that has been repaired(Please view next to last pic for more details) Leather Trim does show wear from age & use. Also has been dyed.
