Has NEVER been used since receiving it back so in that sense it is like brand new. -NEW red microfiber lining, IMMACULATE! -Still has new microfiber smell to it. -Attached gold chain inside is also brand new and never used. -Interior has 2 brand new zippered compartments, unused. EXTERIOR: -Canvas in amazing, beautiful condition. No rips or tears. Tiny, insignificant rubs on canvas in a couple of spots (see pic where I circled in red). -Handles are strong and sturdy, NO cracks. Can be adjusted to various lengths. -Bottom edge has a couple of tiny scratches (see last pic) -Strong bottom base with 4 "feet" to protect from damage. *EXTREMELY CLEAN!! **INCLUDES brand new custom made bag insert to match lining.
