No Damages, scratches, or markings --> though one side of the gold-toned ring shows an un-noticeable "haze" from normal wear while attached to the leather handle. This haze is not evident in pictures to even show it. Overall excellent condition. Not designed to be held on shoulder. Hold in hand or at inner elbow/forearm. See photo collage above for examples
