Does have water marks on handle and a flaw on the bottom of the back. No date code as the bag is chipped. LV phased out date codes in 2021 which is when this bag was purchased. No key or lock and no box / dust bag. Couple of white marks but I believe they are removable. And inside the bag has a minimal mark from use.
