kevin33418 @beverlyyj1 Hi Beverly, if you go under purchases you should see the travel history but in case you don’t see what I see, the bag was received by Poshmark in CA, authenticated and then shipped to you all on the 30th with an expected delivery on the 1st. I saw that the tracking stopped updating on the 4th and reported the issue to Poshmark. I assumed they would have reached out to you about that. I highly recommend reaching out to them and expressing your concerns as well.

kevin33418 @beverlyyj1 They told me in an e-mail they were investigating it and to allow up to 2 weeks for resolution. I have never had this happen before so I am not sure what to expect. Initially I thought it might have shipping delays due to the fires out there.

beverlyyj1 Investigating what, I am not sure what’s happening. I don’t live in LA, I live in Michigan, so there are no fires. And I never got an email except it was finished in authentication and it was on the way. It has been more than 2 weeks. The money was charged on my credit card already. kevin33418 @beverlyyj1 That’s even more confusing then why tracking showed it would be delivered the next day initially. I can’t see your address. I was told they would reach out to their ‘contact’ at the post office to try and locate the package. I’ll gladly keep you up to date with what info I am told but highly encourage you to contact Poshmark as well.

beverlyyj1 Hi Kevin, the friend got her supervisor to find it and I don’t know if she got it moving along with Poshmark. My friend got it from the post office and personally delivered it to me! kevin33418 @beverlyyj1 That’s wonderful news Beverly! Did they not include the shoulder strap? The one pictured in the listing was placed inside the bag along with the lock and key and gift receipt. I take pictures of everything when I pack up my shipments so that might be another inquiry to make.
