melnvy @lilylee289 HNY! this handbag does not come with a lock and key. I updated the photos so that you can see there is some wear to the piping on the corners. no stains on the outside (besides the wear at the bottom corners). you will see there is a slight stain on the one inside pocket but that is it. would probably come out easy.
