It zips just fine. Please see pictures.🚨 this bag definitely has some flaws, but still has a lot of life to it

Hello, The Chain strap is missing. It says in the description the chain strap is included. I did not receive it with the bag! Can you send / mail the chain strap as mentioned in the picture please.
