This bag is like new and barely used. The outside does not have a mark on it and the corners look perfect.(I say this because that is usually the first place you see wear and tear)
Metal is in great shape too! Zipper opens and closes like it should.
The inside is as red as the day it was purchased.

@gonzalesshauna1 no odors at all but I know what you mean. I have a LV credit card case that smells like cow poop. Went back several times and it was never resolved. They said sometimes it happens😳
