The hardware has surface scratches throughout, the twist lock has scuffing and the silvertone finish has rubbed away in areas. The shoulder strap is clean but has rubbing to the edges. The interior lining has rubbing and soiling along the opening of the bag and the flat pockets. Also there are some pen marks and rubbing to the interior lining.
