keri1213 I made an offer on these shoes. I shouted them to a prominent man that works specifically on Louis Vuitton. He is willing to fix the left heal but it will cost $225.00 he said the whole heal has to be wrapped again because it is torn through. And they need shoe inserts to put them back in shape
