spymom41 @tlatt1 you can get a 3 to 4 inch extender chain off of Amazon and then add it to the existing strap and yes, then you can wear it on your shoulder.

spymom41 @jellybeang yes it is available. There is no serial # on this style. There were never serial numbers on this one as it was part of a vintage set with a larger bag. You can look up others on this site and other resale sites to verify. There are no #s, just the Louis Vuitton stamped hardware (zipper pull) present and the Louis Vuitton stamp on the inside of the mini bag. Please see pics and it is guaranteed authentic. I have been a vintage luxury reseller for years.
