Please note that the top booster (Protrusions or levers on ring mechanism used to open, open and close, or open and close and lock the rings) is broken but the rings are still able to open and close. I don’t know if it could be replaced but if anything you can repurpose the piece as a passport holder. I will include the pen and some of the inserts that come along with it.
