@sweetpealee1103 thank you for reaching out! We got the bag back and my husband realized he never used the 2nd zipper on the top- so it took a pretty good tug to get started, but works now. I didn’t realize I had the AI auto-response thing turned on for the listing 🙄 If you are still interested please re-offer- the AI should be off now
