@jini22 it's not a broken chain is one of the zipper pulls that broke off. I contacted the Louis store in San Francisco and they said they would be able to fix it, just have made it down to the city to get it fixed. Which is why I lowered the price. I bought the backpack for my son for a graduation gift and he wants to sell it and hasn't used it so I haven't made an effort to get it fixed. I'm at work now but when I get home
