Exterior monogram canvas is in fair condition with some curling along exterior rear pocket edge, 3 burn marks and tears at pocket edge seams (photos). Exterior brown leather shows wear (photo). Interior, including slip pocket, is in fair condition with slight discoloration (photo). Sticky residue of exterior slip pocket/interior slip pocket has been removed leaving a felt-like lining (photos). Zipper opens/closes smoothly and hardware is in fair condition with gold plate peel on zipper pull.
