The zipper handle is missing but zippers fully closed still. I do not have the original receipt because it was a gift and I was at the store when it was purchased and given to me. You can look at all the hardware details which come with all the expected LV where it should be and the construction of the bag. Like I said was used nearly every day for years and still has no rips anywhere.
