heartlands1890 that's not normal wear and tear, between 2013-2016 LV produced a bunch of bad batches of canvas that would turn white and start flaking/peeling. The Artsy between those years were recalled. Anyone that experienced this issue were either given a full refund or a brand new bag. You should contact Louis Vuitton about it.

I went in and told them this bag was recalled and they gave me a brand new upgraded model with no problem or out of pocket cost. Thank you!!!

heartlands1890 @siddeequah08 Oh good! I'm glad you came across my comment lol. So many bags and slgs had this same peeling issue because the canvas was bad. So if you have any other pieces from that year that are also peeling, bring them back and spread the info to others. Not many people knew about the recall because LV didn't send out any emails notifying buyers smh. You're welcome!
