luxdesignvault I had one where the entire side panel had faded off. they gave me a credit for full price to exchange it. defect in the bag. Can't hurt to try

kram2024 It’s considered “normal wear” after 2 years on an artsy. Seems to mostly happen on the made in USA ones, from what I’ve gathered.

kram2024 *tried to edit/delete comment but couldn’t figure out how.. But yeah, the peeling is totally normal on an artsy, as well as the corners seem to wear quickly and holes happen often. Mine has the issue on the glazing and on the corners.. frustrating for sure! I just had a new handle put on mine tho and makes it feel so much better!

emyc1111 LV will fix it, but their policy now is only with the receipt. Chanel will repair a bag if you have the dust bag, authenticity card, or receipt.
