The zippers on those two main compartments are smooth. One other compartments inside has a few scratches. No stickiness insude the two main zipper compartments. Preloved small zipper pockets have peeling and and no stickiness. The 2 tiny zipper pockets are kind of hidden and not easy to unzip and not necessary to use.
