@charleneplummer Hi there and thanks for your questions. I don’t mind and want you to ask as many questions as possible to make sure you’re comfortable. You will need to work with a local cobbler to determine if the color transfer can be removed. It does depend on how deep the transfer is into the patent leather. The Alma comes with dust bag, unbranded gold chain, branded LV lock and key. I do not have a box. 🌹🌹
