In good Victorian condition with typical wear/staining and foxing.... edges have wear and tear Whether it's a real or printed signature is unknown...under magnification... there is inconsistent smoothness, light tone bleed, etc... no dots to suggest Lithograph Print .. but I'm not an expert on signatures so I can't be certain.
