Lot of 2 Marvel Avengers Captain America Flipeez hats OS (does not function)

Hats are in great condition but the air pumps in the bulbs do not pump air to all the arms and make them raise. 1 of Hulks are will go up. The tubes probably need to be reseated, but it’s all contained within the hat.
