@glamshop_online the state patches on the front of the shirt. I found another shirt and the whistles!

@dcarr11 yes, it does! Thank you for your patience! I found the other shirt which is marked as an XL but when you lay the two of them on top of each other, they are essentially the same size. The neck is a little bit different. I also found all of the whistles and lanyards! Hope that helps.
