Bloodshot #1 published by Valiant Comics in February 1993. It is notable for being one of the first comic books to feature a chromium-enhanced cover.
Bloodshot #2 published in March 1993. The original series was written by Kevin VanHook and featured art and cover art by Don Perlin. This issue features Bloodshot facing off against a Harbinger named Ax.
Bloodshot #3 published in April 1993.
The comic, titled "Crime Lords of Flatbush," focuses on Bloodshot's confrontation with the New York mob.
Bloodshot #4 published in May 1993, which is part of the first volume of the series.
