Lost + Wander Center Of Attention Dress, Floral, Smocked Ruffled Skirt

New with tags Bright floral, coral, blue and yellow on cream background. The skirt is smocked and has a small ruffle, the top part is bloussant, with a keyhole in back, button at neck. This might actually have been a sample... it has a strange tag, and nothing tells the size. I think it is probably a small to medium. It fits my size 6 mannequin well, but I bet it would go medium comfortably. Armpit to armpit 21"
