These Los Angeles Apparel sweatpants are new without tags. They're a heavyweight fleece, black, with a How's Your Life to the left lower leg. These are 100% cotton, shrink-free, made in the USA! They have a drawstring inside the waist. The ankles are cuffed. I'm not sure where the 14 ounces comes from, lol. These are so heavy, they weigh 1 pound 14 ounces!
