It does not come with batteries tested at work. The plush could be watched by just removing the sound box. A 28-year-old collectible. Year: 1997 This is a vintage Looney Tunes Tickle Me Tweety stuffed plush toy manufactured in 1997. The plush is yellow and made of soft material. It features the character Tweety from the Looney Tunes franchise and is not signed. It is a collectible item and would be a great addition to any animation merchandise collection. The battery compartment does have some corrosion. No missing metal. It is made out of plastic and has a button facing the stomach of Tweety Bird. It also has a very damaged tag attached to its behind. Measure approx. 15" long. Press his tummy, and he giggles and says "That tickles!" Push again and he'll laugh and giggle and say "I Love You." Press again and he starts laughing hysterically and shaking! Made by Tyco in 1997.
