I am always looking to purchase vintage all weather leather dooneys to restore or use for parts. I usually pay no more than $20 for a bag. Less if I can only use it for the strap or duck fob. eeyor_1975 Good morning, I'm looking for a piece to one of my vintage Dooney's. Was wondering if you have what I'm looking for? I have a vintage crescent bag, and one of the little brass nobs on the side is missing. There are 3 on each side.

chinabeach14 @photogfrommaine in the right corner was a little piece of red candy that was stuck when I pulled it off it left some red marks, and the bottom of the bag just looks dirty.my cousin found 2 in her shed and gave them to me.Thank you.

photogfrommaine @chinabeach14 I would try this at your own risk, but for the vintage dooneys up above I use a mixture of Murphy’s oil & water. Tub 1/3 full of warm water, and 1/3 cup of Murphy’s oil. Use a toothbrush, work on the spots that need the most attention, and let dry on a towel. It would completely clean it, but it should be a good start. The inside is tricky, the Murphy’s oil bath may help, but not 100%

lawndart20 Hi there. I am looking for a slide through closure for a perforated leather Cabrio flap shoulder bag. It appears that they used this style of closure on the canvas and back pack versions from this series. This bag dates back to the 90s.
