missrochelles Last I checked the new ones with no host picks were @jenniferledon @hazeldreams @anna_redbridge @moni69 @elemeno @ashleyo1984 & @valbass but sometimes they start out following posh rules then switch so I'm hoping they haven't!! Hope this helps!! 😘😘😘😘

73v3n @gwennlei 1. posh sends that person an email to, 2. people send posh emails suggesting that person, 3. you can write & ask them, 4. if your doing good on posh or if your new sometimes posh just give them a chance because of that i've seen people that are new get a chance to host or people that ally involved in the posh community =D

73v3n @gwennlei you get a chance to choose what listings are considered host picks in that particular party and show case a few of your own listings its a great honor, because majority of people that attend the parties go to the host pick sections since that section is more organized, it is the huge event of every night & it's easier to review without seeing people post un-themed items. being a host gives you more chances of followers & sells due to the fact your closet will be noticed since many want to be chosen as a 'HP' & your items will have a huger platform to be noticed . Mainly you get to choose fabulous listings which is exciting in its self to award someone 'HP' & to see amazing items that people would love to purchase that they havent noticed !!

His appendix raptured, and it's too infected to even do the surgery. Thank God for my mom watching the baby so I can be with him. Share to parties that will also help get your items seen. I will tag you on a host page to help get you some more exposure, Host picks will give you a bigger audience to see your closet =). Add more items to have more variety/chances for a sale sometimes its hard to pin point what will sell & with more options it will give you more chances, Search for similar items that your selling to attract those that have similar taste/interest as to what your selling by sharing their items or following to get them to check out your items =). 73v3n @lynste70 welcome to posh! So glad to have you apart of this amazing site😃! I do suggest you delete the bras, it can only be sold with tags. Your closet is gorgeous 😃! I will happily tag you on a host page to get you some more exposure. I do suggest that you remove some of the borders around the item & take some pics in better lighting/style them, apps can help the pic but also can hurt if you use to much of the borders, the item sometimes gets lost. Buyers love to have an idea of what they can use/wear it with. That's why as a seller it's our job to give them the vision by the way we list it. With sharing it's always best to share the person items the more you share the more chances they will follow you or share back as much or more😃💜

73v3n @daniellehake what most do is go to the host listing & ask. Lots of host have in their description that their looking for new closets. To get continuos alerts many go to a posher page that has a listing stating they do party alerts & that helps a lot. 😊 majority of the time many have post like this to help both the host & you to get noticed. It is hard for a host to know who to look for.

73v3n @karen1177 welcome to posh so glad to have you here😊, I would like to tag you on my 1st listing to demonstrate how good lightning & styling helps/does wonders😃 lol my 1st listing was horrible, but with improvement & a good app your able to bring your items to life! I suggest for you to use any area you like for inspiration for your photos, presentation is everything. You can use your back yard , a room with nice lightning or a place of your liking. Depending on the age of your girls you can get them involved with taking pics for you, it does help a lot, many like to have an accurate visual of the detail/color of the item. Your closet is gorgeous, lightning makes a huge difference. Add as many items as you want, variety is always a good thing to have & check to see what is in demand, sometimes you might have that item, I've noticed certain brands/items sell a lil faster.

73v3n @ritzeerebel welcome to posh😃! It does take time to sell here sometimes. Certain brands tend to sell quicker than others, also you have to follow a lot of people/share a lot so that the other person will help get your item noticed. Sometimes by not having enough followers your items don't travel as far as other people that do. I also suggest searching for clients by typing in items/brands you have & see who likes that & share their items, so when they return the favor they will see that you have what their looking for. Sharing is the key to sales, it helps give you a larger audience to target, when someone else shares.This is what helped me, before I reached where I'm now, I had less followers & I also wasn't making any sales. Funny enough, I've also helped people find items they've been searching for when I see them during my own item searches (mostly Wildfox or Juicy items). ritzeerebel @73v3n haha too funny!! I will always share and don't get annoyed when people don't share back, I love helping get people's items out there too! My closet was about double the size it is now but those items had since sold elsewhere. I felt weird about leaving them up here though even if I just wrote sold in the listing title as I've seen on some listings. I wish there was a way to mark as sold so no one could buy anymore, just so people could at least see how much variety I've had. I know the more items the better! Guess I'll need to do another closet clean out soon lol. 😁

Lol sometimes I don't share back, so I don't hold against anyone, I get lost in my feed sometimes, I understand how crazy it can be to track who shares . Lol mine are still up on my other page I sale on, I've tried selling on other sites I have, but I'm to lazy to realist all the items I have on there. Lol I need to do the same.

The shipping does seem a little much on small amount items but when it is an expensive item it really is cheap shipping. 4.99 isn't bad for items over 25, lol if someone bought items like that else where they would be paying way more on certain sites & still will have to pay tax. At least we have the option to bundle/negotiate. Lol yes that is a plus 😃, your closet is fab! I know the business is going to be rolling in 😊💗 your welcome=)!

73v3n @krisdawson37 lol! Im a deal hunter also, I love a good sale so much my friends try to go shopping with me. Theirs been times I've found a whole outfit for $30 "good times". Since shopping is my hobby, I'm able to splurge sometimes. Lol I'm a hoarder to, when i watch those hoarding/shopping addiction shows sometimes i wonder if I'm that bad lol. I also sale to re-buy new items to.

What a complete and utter shock. Surprised me so much. =D. Thank you again and again! I just list things and am patient about the whole process. Rome wasn't built in a day. Ha. It helps that this is my fun place to sell. Not my livelihood. So patience was easier and your acknowledgment was so precious. I really do think that the surprise factor was what made it so cool!! You rock!!!

73v3n @gringa01 a few ways, 1. post like these are sometimes on the host closet & they will usually take a look & choose from closets who haven't had one before. 2. great clear cover shots are very important/ plus a variety of selections to match the theme of the party. 3. finding the host & sharing their items, sometimes in their host listing they ask to be tag in items that will fit their theme. 73v3n @panaprincesa My best place is outside, many poshers take their photos outdoors =), my lightning in my home isn't that great either. With having the sun as your lighting your bringing out the beauty of your items. another way is many google the brand & use those pics for some of their items as the main photo. Your welcome. If you have a patio, drive way, backyard, garden or tree those can be your photo shoot areas

Since you have a mannequin for your pieces you can play around with scenery to show case your the item. I noticed some pics are a lil dark, but with good lightening that will fix that😊💗. Always remember to share your items, some forget that they need to at least share their on 3 times a day or at least once. To keep sharing & following others that will also help your closet with followers & a potential buyer

Nail polish isn't allowed to be sold & if a host checks out your closet they will see & think your still selling that & swimsuits are only allowed "NWT". Your items are listed beautifully , & the only suggestion I would say is if you wanted to style them like a catalog that could give the buyer more ideas what use their able have. I noticed you haven't shared a lot of your items in months, you have to share your items to help get them noticed/sold at least 3 times a day , once day , or if not that much once a week. Many buyers look to see how recent the seller has been on the site & when they see it's been months since they shared their items, many will assume their not an active seller. Continue to share other closets that also helps 😊

abstractdreams I really appreciate it! 😘 I've been on PM for about a year & a half and you're one of the few people who have been willing to help! I regularly share from the closets of party hosts (who almost never share back, I might add) & see that they're "suggested users" & HP after HP. Then, I notice that they are often retailers and have "rule" violations! No answers from Posh when I have questioned this. 👎 It's very frustrating!! I just wanted you to know that I am grateful for the shout out! 👍💕

If unable to in your home outside is a perfect place to take pics effortlessly to get an awesome shot of the color/pattern of an item. I know many are experiencing snow in their area if so for you, that can be used as scenery of course not for your clothes lol but for jewelry pieces. I know many use google pics of the items they have as their cover shot & then list their actual pics of the item to. Continue to share your items often, many will forget & that's very important! Share/follow many that will help get your closet more exposure/potential buyers . Collage apps are helpful but remember to not let the app take away from your item sometimes a pic can have so much going on that the buyer is unable to noticed what's being sold. I was a huge collage maniac lol before I had to remember the focus is the clothes your selling.

Many have broken the rules including myself & it's always great to know that it will not take away from the good your doing now on posh. Since you have it listed that you no longer do any of that stuff many will not hold that against you. I noticed some items haven't been shared in months & if your still wanting those items to be sold you have to share those to. Share your items as often as possible that is very important. Continue to share others to, that helps with getting your items more exposure. Always try to find the best lightening possible it is a key to getting a buyer, appeal is everything. If your able to use an area outside that is a perfect place to get the right amount of light to show off the item. Styling is also a good way to show of a piece, many like to have an idea of a way to wear certain items with. With the Frye bag it could be possible but you would have to suggest that to the host when I tag you. Many times the host chooses what will go with their theme or an item that has great clear cover shots.

A good amount host do share back but the ones that are in the extreme numbers sometimes don't. That's exactly why I made this post, I was once the person that had no idea of what to do/how to. It is hard finding info at times. Luckily I was able to meet suggested users that are the kindest & sweetest people ever, that will share back numerous of items & help as much as possible. I'm grateful that I'm able to help & if you have a questions just let me know & I can email posh support, luckily I've been getting fast responses.

Your items look fabulous, I noticed you haven't shared some since Nov, its important to at least share your items daily or at least often. If you haven't email posh about becoming a host, so they can put you on their list =). They will contact you to let you know when they will available spot for you after they evaluate your closet. It's very common to have slow sales at times. Continue to share your items & others, that also plays a major part in making sales. Search for poshers with similar interests in the items your selling & share their listings to catch their attention. For quick sales certain brands are always in demand if you have those & want to sale list them =). Your welcome =) Thank you, just want to help the best I can. What worked best for me was following more people. For the host picks, search for host that are hosting many will ask for tags on items & if not share "alot" of their listings it will help get you noticed & many times they will repay your kindness with a host pick.

lorlordeluxe @73v3n I've been trying to hard to get one lately. I'm REALLY trying to correct any and all things that were not allowed on posh and make my closet 100% posh rule perfect! I did trade a few times in the past and have learned that was just a big mistake and a rule for a reason!!!!! I took down the electronic item I had listed and of course I never have used paypal. Trying to rectify the trades I had done that weren't "suggested by posh" and hopefully get a hp and one day be a suggested user :)

If its makeup , undergarments, hair , swimsuits if it's not new with tags it can't be sold on here. Many host if they see those items will not bother trying to choose from that person closet.

73v3n @lorlordeluxe theirs alot of items,I see that needs to be deleted are all the swimsuits, bras, makeup, hair that aren't NWT. perfumes aren't allowed to be sold, DVDs ,GNC, nail polish, games. if your makeup/bras are NWT list them as that so the host wont think their not. Once those are gone your closet is PM approved =)

I hope lol I made sure my makeup that's new is listed NWT and the rest I took down, got all perfumes even NWT down, a swim suits and vs bras. Makes me wish I wouldn't have taken the tags off bc so many are literally brand new :( I took them down anyways though.

73v3n @krisdawson37 yes they will, sometimes it doesn't show. Usually posh will send you an email to notify you of the host & it will list what item the host chose. Many will leave congrats on the listing & the host most times will leave a msg letting you know you were chosen by them😃.

Many will look to see their item then snap shot to use it in their listing to show that they did get a HP just in case their was no congrats to prove that. I found another host looking for more closets will tag you on hers to😃! some host have the hard decision of narrowing picks & look for the best cover shots/item to show case. They only get to share at least 115 picks. If you like don't be afraid to restyle or change up your pics. Lol I had to change mine a good amount of times before I found something that best represents my listing . Cover shots are important.

Sometimes your feed will be filled with comments & that's another good sign to let you know, you have a HP 😃💗

73v3n @sandragarciacan to tag someone you use "@" then place the person user name & the person will be tag. I will tag you on a host 😊. To make post like this, all you need is a photo app or collage app, once you download place a pic of your chose & use the fonts that are available with the app😊

73v3n @anoliver once you get chosen many like to list underneath or on the item that it was chosen as a Host pick. To identify the item, it also lets future host know that it was chosen so if they want to select another item that fits their theme for a HP, it wont be the same listing =)

It's sometimes a low process with catching the first sale, but once you do things will come a little easier. Just make sure to continuing sharing your items/others its very important & it helps alot with the exposure of your item being notice =). Sometimes certain items'brands are in higher demand, you have to pinpoint the right buyer. Lol i feel your pain on that i would buy so much that i would use my sale money.
