Long-line short sleeve slouchy blazer

Unique short-sleeve long line slouchy blazer. Hits past the hip. Looks like something a 1940s painter would wear while working in their studio! No label but material feels like a poly/rayon blend, the weave is linen-look. There is some pilling on the fabric.
