This is a Longchamp Cristal D'Arques 24% lead crystal creamer and sugar bowl set.  Crafted in France, the set includes a sugar bowl with a lid and a creamer.  The crystal is 24% lead, which provides durability and light refraction.  It features the classic and elegant "Longchamp" diamond pattern design.  This specific set is a discontinued design.  Beautiful, new condition Never used.
