Long wide leg pants/white doves on black sz small

Cute dressy pants with wide legs. Side zip. Listed as Size 3, also waist measurement across is 14 inches. I’m listing as small for adult, I think 3 may be junior sizing? No flaws I can see. Front rise is 10 inches. Inseam is 32.5 inches. Not lined. Not sure how true to size is, I’m listing as a favor. Definitely too tiny for my butt! 😂
